CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Order Cancellation:

• Customers can cancel their order at any time before the Delivery time.
• A cancellation fee of 5% of the total order value will be charged for all cancellations.

Refund Policy:

• Returns will only be accepted before the Delivery time.
• Canceling an order after the Delivery time is not possible.
• If a return is approved, the value of the returned product will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please note that this process may take up to 21 days to complete.
• Alternatively, customers can opt for a refund in the form of a virtual gift card, which will be processed within 48 hours.
