Our premium ponzu is made with natural sudachi juice imported from Japan. The ponzu is a perfect match for steak and BBQ, but it can also be used as an alternative to regular soy sauce for almost any dish and is gluten free. Sudachi is a traditional Japanese citrus fruit grown in the Tokushima prefecture, the western part of Japan.
